Where do you produce your jewelry?

All of our products are exclusively designed and created in our atelier in Belgium. Our materials are sourced from the Antwerp Diamond Exchange and gold producers in Germany.
We pride ourselves on only using the highest quality materials to create our unique shiny masterpieces. Only the best is good enough and we strive to achieve superior quality.
To guarantee this quality, we create each and every piece of jewelry to order. This means that when you purchase a piece of jewelry, we specifically create your ring from raw materials.

Do you sell gift cards?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we do! We sell gift cards ranging from €50 up to €5.000. Our gift cards can only be exchanged for our products, either standard jewelry or custom made. We do not exchange gift cards for money. Want to purchase one? Please click here (javascript:void(0))to contact us.
Please note: Our gift cards are non-refundable and are valid for two years after the purchase date.

How can I measure my ring size?

We use Belgian standard ring sizes for all of our creations. For your convenience we've included various methods to determine your correct ring size such as a size chart, string method, paper method, and secret method.

How do I keep my jewelry looking its best?

We want you to get the most out of your jewelry. Therefore, we've summed up some tips and tricks to keep your jewelry looking shiny and new:
1. Once every two weeks, make a little bath with dish soap & lukewarm water in a small bowl. Use an old toothbrush to clean your ring. Guaranteed to bring the sparkle back to your lab grown diamond.
2. Use a piece of cloth, preferably cotton, to buff up the gold of your jewelry. Need a drastic rub & shine? Using some silver polish does the trick.
3. Leave your jewelry on a soft surface whenever you are not wearing it to avoid unnecessary scratching.
4. Keep your jewelry in the same spot. You wouldn’t want to forget where you left your precious piece of art, now would you?
5. Scratches happen. As gold is a relative soft metal, you will always get some scratches from wearing your jewelry in everyday life.
